Create a charming and whimsical scene featuring a young child feeding a baby dragon a morsel of tuna using chopsticks. The child, with a delighted expression on their face, is dressed in casual, colorful clothing. Their eyes are wide with wonder and joy as they hold the chopsticks carefully, offering the tuna to the baby dragon. The baby dragon, perched on a small rock or the child's knee, is small and adorable, with bright, inquisitive eyes and tiny, iridescent scales that shimmer in the light. Its wings are slightly spread in excitement. As it leans forward to take the tuna from the chopsticks, it breathes a small, controlled burst of fire to cook the morsel, creating a tiny flame. The background is a cozy and inviting setting, perhaps a kitchen or a sunny outdoor patio, with soft, warm lighting that enhances the playful and magical atmosphere. There are subtle details like a bowl of tuna chunks nearby, a few scattered cooking utensils, and perhaps a small bowl of water for the baby dragon. The composition captures the magical bond between the child and the dragon, blending elements of fantasy and everyday life to create a heartwarming and enchanting visual story
