A minimalist composition divided perfectly into 2: the top half is a calm and idyllic scene: a small boat with two fishermen swaying gently in calm waters, bathed in soft, diffused light. The bottom half reveals the terrifying secret of the blue depths of the sea: a huge prehistoric shark, a relic from the age of dinosaurs, rising vertically from the shadowy abyss of the blue ocean. Just before emerging from the water his enormous jaws open wide, teeth gleaming in the murky water, as turbulent streaks of bubbles and trails of water explode behind him, capturing his incredible speed and power. The stark division between calm above and chaos below heightens the sense of impending doom.
