black and white comic: a very tall obese man stands towers before you. he holds a staff, on top of that staff is a skeleton skull and torso, he wears priest robes as a mockery of religion, the robes are stained in blood, his left hand is a gigantic three-fingered claw the kind you'd find in a junkyard to pick up blocks of compressed metal, his lower jaw is metallic and protrudes well beyond his natural jawline, two razor sharp tusks protrudes upwards, his left eye is a glowing red targeting scope with wires dancing down his shaved skull, under his robes you can see unnatural lumps as this man has grafted himself with every salvaged graft muscle he could find, on his back standing inside his hood is a dwarf with an assault rifle, the dwarf is wearing cheap angel wings from a Halloween costume and has a halo made of spinal cord disks, there still is blood and sinew rotting on it which attract flies, so it looks like the angel overhead has angels of his very own
