Arlequin style. A black and white photograph of a stormy sky over a lake with a wooden pier extending into the distance. The sky is filled with dark, ominous clouds, and a lightning bolt is striking across the horizon. The lake is calm and still, reflecting the light from the lightning. On the pier, there are two seagulls perched, one standing still and the other sitting still. a small wooden boat sits in the foreground, partially submerged in the still water. the overall mood of the image is ominous and foreboding.
