LALhermitte An Impressionistic Pastel drawing depicts three women doing laundry near a riverbank on a muted daytime. Warm hues of yellows and browns dominate the palette in this landscape art. Two women stand on the left of the image. The tallest woman is positioned behind the other. She wears a brown shirt, long brown skirt, and a white headscarf. She places her left hand on the shoulder of the woman in front of her, who has her right hand on her hip. The second woman wears a yellow cap, white shirt, a long pair of gray pants, and a blue sack apron. A bag lays on the ground to their left. To the right, a third woman kneels between the grassy river banks and a calm river. She reaches across her left side with the bag in her left hand, which she appears to dip in the water. The water reflects the treeline on the opposite side of the river. The moon is visible through the clouds. The overall drawing has a dusty quality achieved by rough strokes of pastels. The borders of the drawing are somewhat messy with areas of exposed cream paper<lora:LALhermitte:1>
