He has black bloomer-like pants and buckled black shoes and white calf-high stockings. He is wearing a frilly-necked white puffy shirt, black tie, and a red coat with gold trim and gold buttons. He holds a dark pole with two attached black streamers in his right hand and uses it to slightly support himself. He has white hair and lighter skin.
