YFG-Sm0rg, A soaring, modernist cathedral stands atop a hill, its steel lattice exterior glinting with a warm golden light as the sun sets behind it. The Calatrava-style structure, titled 'Eternal Light,' features undulating curved lines and sinuous shapes that evoke the fluidity of nature. As the eye moves upward from the base to the apex, a series of interlocking arches rise like waves on a frozen sea. The exterior walls are constructed from gleaming steel tubes, some vertical, others horizontal or diagonal, arranged in a seemingly organic manner to create a sense of dynamic tension. The steel surface is adorned with intricate patterns of intersecting lines and curves that reflect the play of light across its surface. Inside the cathedral, a soaring vaulted ceiling appears as an inverted cone, its apex disappearing into darkness above a gleam of bright blue sky through a stained glass dome at the very top. Banks of pews recede in gentle slope toward the altar, their wooden surfaces burnished to a warm glow by the soft light filtering from above. The focal point is a magnificent bronze sculpture suspended high within the vaulted space – a sinuous, abstract representation of a bird in flight, its wings outstretched and torso elongated. The piece glows with an otherworldly aura as it casts dappled shadows upon the walls and floor below. In the foreground, a small garden is set amidst a series of broad stone steps leading up to the main entrance, where visitors can pause to take in the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape – rolling hills, verdant forests, and distant mountains all unfolding beneath the fading light.
