Grimsteel is a nightmarish fusion of metal, bone, and fire. His head is a golden-plated skeleton jaw, connected by circuits to a glass cranium housing his brain and two bloodshot eyes—his only remaining organic parts. A segmented helmet locks into place before battle. His smoldering blackened steel body, etched with arcane sigils, conceals grinding, red-hot mechanisms. A hidden beholder’s eye, impaled with cables, rests in his chest, allowing his upper and lower halves to rotate independently. A jet propulsor between his shoulder blades and burners on his feet let him hover with bursts of flame. Everything he touches melts or ignites, and smoke constantly curls from his joints
