Caden Hawkes, an urban archaeologist, had ventured deep into the heart of a once-thriving 22nd-century metropolis on Earth, now long abandoned and left to the mercy of time. Nature had begun to reclaim the city, vines creeping up the skeletal remains of skyscrapers, creating an eerie juxtaposition of modernity and decay. It was here that Caden found the remnants of a once cutting-edge public transport system: an above-ground tube network, its white exterior worn by the elements, yet still striking against the fractured backdrop of the surrounding buildings.
