Flurries of tiny snowflakes skip quickly along the powdery surface of the drifts of snow behind the black rocks that jut out here and there in this otherwise stark landscape. The ground below is covered mostly in old snow that has become granular and compacted through the process of melting and refreezing as the seasons change. The glacier glows an eerie blue from deep within it's icy heart. The sky is overcast with dark clouds.
