recreate the original picture but in the form of mashed potatoes. a narwhal rendered in golden, buttery, creamy mashed potatoes with some lumps and scraps of skin garnished with a couple of sprigs of green herbs. every detail picked out in the mash as a replacement texture for the original material resulting in the most wonderfully tasty looking, toasted at the peaks of heaped mashed potatoes assembled so as to recreate a perfectly recognisable narwhal but in this new mashed potato medium. there should be warm, quite strongly diffused but intense lighting not visible to the viewer, i.e. off camera to provide a source of enhancement to make the mashed potato narwhal appear as best illuminated as possible. this mashed potato narwhal must look like the most appetising mash ever imaginable yet still a speedy narwhal! you must keep strictly to the narwhal shape and dimensions, especially relative dimensions. recognisability is key. any features visibly recognisable are also essential. always the mash narwhal must be visibly recreated from mashed potatoes. where possible keep parts of the narwhal that are of relatively uniform texture composed of uniform size and shape mash granularity.
