This digital anime-style illustration depicts two characters walking side by side along a narrow snow-covered mountain path, viewed from a low angle looking slightly upward. The character in front has long auburn hair partially covered by a red knit hat with a pom-pom, wearing a thick cream-colored wool coat with a fur-lined hood, her breath visible as a small cloud of white vapor. She is mid-step, one boot lifting off the packed snow. Behind her, a taller character with short black hair and a dark green parka walks with hands in pockets, looking down at the first character with a soft smile. The mountain path is flanked by deep snowdrifts and bare pine trees heavy with white. The sky is overcast, a pale grey-blue, with the first flakes of a new snowfall beginning to drift down. In the far distance, the mountain peak vanishes into cloud. The palette is cool whites and blues with the warm reds and creams of their clothing providing contrast. The mood is quiet, warm, and companionable despite the cold.
