This is a painting done in the meal classical Style of a young Hunter walking through the forest holding a walking stick while stalking through the undergrowth of a ancient autumnal German forest. In front of him, a hound with tan fur Scouts ahead. The scene is idyllic with dappled sunlight shining through from the forest canopy above. The composition of the Peace has contrast between the colorful nature of the Autumn leaves and the darkness of the forest.
