DCP3CPL. A waist-up roadside portrait frames a slim, medium-toned adult man seated in a tiny blue open vehicle. His black hair is slicked flat with a centre part above rectangular glasses, a long nose and narrow dark moustache. An enormous pleated white circular ruff surrounds his neck, rising beside both cheeks. He wears a pale blue outfit with white ruffled cuffs, raising one hand with the middle finger extended while looking toward the camera. The miniature windscreen and rounded vehicle body fill the foreground. A barrier and blurred green vegetation pass behind, photographed side-on in soft daylight with strong blue accents.
