retro 1990s anime cel artwork, hand-inked lineart with flat hard-edged cel shading, dramatic high-contrast lighting with deep black shadows, high resolution. A low-angle three-quarter-length view looking up at a dragon knight in her twenties standing on a mountain ledge beside the enormous head of a white dragon against a deep ultramarine sky, her body turned toward the frame's right and her head turned back toward the viewer with sharp crimson eyes and a proud, protective expression. She has a long platinum braid whipping in the wind, crimson eyes with bright white highlights, a thin gold circlet on her brow and pale skin. She wears ornate white armour with gold-trimmed pauldrons and a high collar over a black bodysuit, long crimson ribbons tied at her shoulders streaming behind her, and rests one gauntleted hand on the dragon's scaled snout. Behind her, the white dragon's head fills the frame's left, its horns curving up into towering white clouds and its large pale gold eye half closed, and far below on the frame's right a coastline of white towers glitters in the sun. Bright hard sunlight from the upper left throws crisp black shadows under her armour plates and across the dragon's scales. Palette of ultramarine blue, white, black, crimson and a gold glint. Proud, majestic, protective.
