Their deep violet overlap forms a thick irregular crescent connecting brow, side joint and collar, giving the helmet its immense hollow weight. White paper constitutes most of the face opening, a smaller side port and the gap beneath the collar lip. Keep the ports attached to one coherent shell and simplify fastenings into three blunt accents. Two broad curved cuts follow the dome; metal faces remain quiet. An abandoned vessel for a human gaze.
