A close candid portrait of dr0smarla seated in a practical effects workshop. She wears an oversized faded tee and black jeans. a grotesque rubber severed head on the work bench next to her. The head is insect-like with long antennae, compound eyes and interlocking mandibles. She is looking at the camera with exaggerated seriousness, Her eyes fixed on the camera, but one corner of her mouth is starting to break into a smile. A warm task lamp lights both her face and the prop while jars, molds, and strange unfinished effects pieces blur behind her.
