landingstrip, landingstrip, photograph, one adult woman lying on her back, cropped from the lower ribs to mid-thigh. Her right hand pulls a white cotton sheet aside at the right edge. A narrow vertical strip of short dark pubic hair sits left of center, shaved sides bare. The white sheet is the smaller mass at the far right. Open sheet fills the upper left. Soft warm light from off frame upper left brightens the mound and the back of her hand, and dies into the fold of the sheet. No face.
