dclumnefct. Wide photograph of an impossible indoor funeral garden beneath deep red velvet curtains. A polished mahogany coffin rests open among dense moss, white flowers, and twisted tree roots. Inside the coffin lies a sleeping white deer wearing a silver collar, its antlers decorated with tiny mirrors and strands of pearls. A framed portrait of the same deer hangs above the coffin. Tall chrome candlesticks, glass vases, and old televisions surround the scene, while several small white birds perch silently along the edge of the open lid.
