HCC, c4f3, a neon-lit café occupies an old stone and brick façade within a densely built futuristic cyberpunk city district. In the left foreground, a broad stone stairway descends beside the café, with intense magenta light strips embedded along its edges, while a wet irregular stone-paved terrace extends across the right foreground.
