A tight close-up, medium crop focused on the striking open palm and the young woman's bottom, of an over-the-knee spanking scene in a school nurse's office with a leather examination couch, a lamp, a medicine cabinet, and soft light from a window. The nurse, a middle-aged woman with a neat updo, wearing a white nurse's uniform with a small red cross, has a stern focused facial expression with a furrowed brow. The young woman, a college student with red hair in a low ponytail, has a pained scrunched facial expression with her eyes squeezed shut and a small gasp on her lips. The nurse sits on the edge of the examination couch with her knee raised, one hand gripping the student's upper arm while her open palm is mid-strike against the student's bare bottom with slight motion blur on the striking hand. The student is lying prone across the nurse's lap with her hips centered, wearing a white cotton t-shirt on her torso, wearing white cotton panties bunched down around her lower thighs, the skin of her bare buttocks flushed crimson with an angry welt blooming across one cheek, both arms reaching forward gripping the edge of the couch, bare legs off the ground with knees together and heels kicking up, the student's scrunched face visible at the top of the frame. In the doorway stands a young woman student spectator in a denim jacket with her hands in her pockets and a worried expression, the lamp glowing on the couch, the medicine cabinet, the window with soft light, the clock on the wall in the background.
