HGEC, Hidden Golden-empire Courtyard, a monumental symmetrical palace courtyard is enclosed by an opulent imperial complex constructed from white marble and richly gilded architectural elements. A broad rectangular reflecting pool occupies the center foreground and extends toward the middle ground, mirroring the golden façades and sunlight. Marble walkways border both sides of the pool, lined with ornate planters standing on large gilded pedestals. On the left and right, long two-story arcades frame the courtyard with repeating arches, marble columns, gilded capitals, carved cornices, balustrades, and hanging lanterns. In the middle ground, two symmetrical curved marble stairways rise from opposite sides of the pool toward an elevated terrace. Between them, a broad central waterfall descends directly from the upper level into the pool. Tall gold-framed arched doorways and elaborately decorated marble walls flank the waterfall. In the center background, a monumental columned golden pavilion crowned by a dome rises above the upper terrace, with its open central arch framing additional gilded architectural details beyond. Strong golden sunlight streams downward from above, producing brilliant reflections across the marble, gilded surfaces, waterfall, and pool and filling the enclosed courtyard with radiant, almost celestial illumination
