An adult anthropomorphic dragon stands upright on two legs inside a spherical Giger egg chamber lined with wet ribs and dormant eggs. He has a long scaled snout, ridged brows, swept-back horns that blend into the wall behind him, dark slate scales the color of old oil, a cream underbelly, a thick tail, and membrane wings stretched on mechanical spars. Human-like hands hang at his sides. The chamber is barely large enough for him; the eggs crowd his calves and the underside of the tail, each egg a pale oval with a faint biomechanical seam.
