OSH, l3ft, the interior of a large old wooden sailing ship contains a rope and equipment storage area built into the vessel’s timber hull. Thick coiled ropes cover the plank deck across the foreground, forming several separate piles from left to right, with the largest tangled heap at center. A long wooden workbench spans the middle ground against the inner hull, supporting glass bottles, ceramic jars, small vessels, lanterns, and additional rope. A large barrel stands in the left middle ground beside a floor lantern. Numerous rope loops hang vertically from pegs and horizontal timber rails across the rear structure. Massive vertical wooden frames divide the interior into repeated structural bays. Six square-paned windows are positioned high along the background hull, separated by heavy timber framing.
