This monumental architectural complex is characterized by hyper-ornate, highly elaborate design elements blending features of fantastical Baroque and Rococo styles with colossal, futuristic scale. Dominated by dramatic sweeping arches, massive curved rib-like supports, and soaring flying buttress-like structures, the layout integrates intricate relief sculptures, gilded trim, floral filigree, and patterned stone carvings directly into its massive facade. Flowing throughout the structure are vast expanses of draped white, deep crimson, and dark blue textiles adorned with golden embroidery, suspended seamlessly between giant structural pillars and archways. Embedded within the lower levels of this massive foundation are multi-story Classical-style buildings complete with arched windows, balustrades, carved pediments, and expansive stone colonnades. At the base, a wide, terraced white stone promenade steps directly down to meet a calm body of water, complete with integrated grand staircases, vaulted entry arches, and wide plazas that form a sweeping waterfront edge around the base of the massive structure.
