AVUG, A Vast Underground Gladiator, an immense subterranean gladiator arena carved into ancient stone beneath a forgotten fortress, blending medieval prison architecture with heavy industrial engineering. The vast enclosed hall is defined by towering vaulted ceilings, massive iron gates, barred prison cells, suspended chains, exposed pipework, and weathered masonry that has endured centuries of use. In the left foreground, long wooden banquet tables with benches, scattered dishes, tools, and candlelit workspaces line the wall. The broad sandy fighting ground occupies the center of the arena, where two wooden training posts stand beneath hanging chains. Beyond the arena floor, a monumental iron gate dominates the background beneath elevated galleries draped with faded crimson banners, while upper walkways and barred balconies overlook the entire chamber. Thick stone blocks, rough masonry, aged timber, forged iron, oxidized metal, worn steel pipes, soot-darkened surfaces, and damp weathered textures create a fortress-like construction language repeated throughout the hall.
