A slightly side-angle rear shot. The image shows a muscular barber with short dark hair and a mustache; the naked man is suspended by off-white ropes. His wrists are tied together above his head, his legs are spread wide with his ankles tied to separate ropes, and he is balancing his butt on a white, vertically pinstriped black cone. Against a pure deep pink background depicting a barbershop interior, a large oval mirror—whose round-topped frame is embedded with the glassy eye of a giant monster, with two large horns growing along the edges of its gleaming metallic scales—reflects his full-face image. He is wearing a thin silver chain necklace with a mini padlock on his chest, along with black lace socks.
