Cinematic monochrome photo. It's a picture of an overweight, muscular dadgjo man lying on a black fabric rectangle that is suspended from the ceiling by long chains at each corner. The long chains never cross. The man is wearing a black thong and a black choker. It is nighttime in a gay bar with vertical iron bars on the walls, and a few muscular members can be seen over the bars. The high-contrast, black-and-white photo was taken with a 35mm film camera.
