The card features a grotesque kid character named Glob, a pulsating mound of fused, screaming baby faces, mismatched eyes, and grasping tiny hands. The character has no defined shape, merely a pile of writhing, semi-digested forms. The character is drawn with exaggerated, cartoonish features, with every face in a different state of agony or hunger, all sharing one melted, crayon-green skin tone. There is no clothing, only the horrible flesh itself. The background is a gradient of bile yellow to bruise purple, with half-dissolved pacifiers and empty baby food jars scattered around the oozing mass. The card uses bold, graphic lines and sickly, clashing colors typical of Garbage Pail Kids. The "GARBAGE PAIL KIDS" logo is at the top, with "GLOB" in a wobbly, fleshy-pink banner at the bottom.
