Footgagging, In a fantasy style, a beautiful young woman with long, vibrant purple hair, a low-cut crimson top, a short velvet skirt, full breasts, and nylon stockings sits cross-legged on a throne in a medieval castle hall. Her right leg is crossed over her left, and her right foot is slightly lifted at the ankle, exposing the sole of her right sock. Her left foot is inserted deeply into the mouth of an armored man lying supine on the castle floor.
